Server Rules

Rule #1 (TK) Do not intentionally team-kill or team-wound another player(including revenge.)

Rule #2 (RNG) Running around wildly without cause and not using sights. You must use sights at all times whilst firing.

Rule#3 (Bunny) Do not jump to avoid enemy fire or use the 'jump shooting' method.

Rule#4 (Nadespam) Do not throw grenades over building or into areas where you have not seen, heard or been told of an enemy position. Room clearing is ok.

Rule#5 (Badjump) Do not jump from unrealistic heights (higher than your character).

Rule#6 (Ledge) Do not stand on ledges or objects that make you appear to be floating on air.

Rule#7 (Exploit) Do not use exploits or graphic flaws in the map to gain an advantage.

Rule#8 (Respect) Do not ignore admin requests. Keep your eyes and ears open for warnings and messages at all times!

Rule#9 (Argue) Do not argue with other players or admins.

Rule#10 (Cuss) Do not use profanity through voice or text chat.

Rule#11 (Advertising/Recruiting) Do not give out or ask for any contact information, clan or otherwise, by any method via our servers or website. Do NOT ask people that you meet on our servers to join your clan, directly or indirectly.

Rule#12 (Spawnshoot) Do not shoot in spawn at the start of a round unless engaging an enemy.

Rule#13 (Morality) Do not use sexist, racist, religious or offensive remarks.

Rule#14 (Spam) Do not spam voice, text or quick text messages including playing music.

Rule#15 (Asshat) Do not be an asshat by running around and acting stupid.

Rule#16 (Stack) Do not clan stack on our servers. Our servers are not here for your clan to practice your teamwork skills. Auto-assign like the rest of the public players.

Rule#17 (English) Only English should be spoken or typed whilst playing on our servers, unless an 82nd member is giving assistance to a player in a foreign language.

Voice Rules

Do not recruit or promote servers. Recruiting on voice chat, including exchanging information, will result in an immediate ban. Do not use our servers, websites, or contacts as your breeding grounds.

Do not GHOST other players. Ghosting by definition is, giving instructions (when your dead) to a living teammate on enemy positions. Telling him where u died or where the shot came from and telling him/her (when specing them) where u see enemies that they have missed. The only thing acceptable is stating that ‘I’m down’ when you die, THAT IS IT!!!

Keep private channels chatter free. Just because you are not alive, doesn''t mean someone else isn't. Respect others playing by remaining quite during. Type in chat, use private in-game chat, or move to a public channel.

Do not trashtalk other clans. If you have a problem with a clan, take it to a different channel or to the private forums. Do not air out your dirty laundry over voice chat or get into heated discussions on voice chat.

Use the appropriate Teamspeak channels. When you join Teamspeak, be mindful of what channel your in. If you are in the public channel and plan on playing a game, then move to that games channel. Setup key binds to help you move between channels if necessary.

Forum Rules

While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.

Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts.

Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed.

Recruiting, advertising, and spamming is not allowed. This includes using the forum, email and Private message system to spam other members or to facilitate in ANY manner to pass along ANY type of contact or website information, be it directly or indirectly.

Please wait a reasonable amount of time before bumping posts. For style changes and general 'how-to' questions this should be 24 hours. For specific troubleshooting issues, use 12 hours as a guideline.

We also do not allow posts that are sexual in nature or violate community standards. The 82ndAB forum moderator team shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.

Discussion of illegal activities is not allowed.

Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.

We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice. Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.

You cannot post advertisements or referral links, or post anything asking for a referral. Such posts will be subject to removal if prior consent has not been given.

We also reserve the right to ban anyone who wilfully violates the forum rules, as access to our forums are a privilege and not a right. If you are found breaking any of these rules you will face a permanent ban from our game servers, website and teamspeak.

Keep images compact and limited. Bulky images make the forums tacky and out of sync. Please keep posting images, including signatures and avatars to a respectful size.
Rule of thumb indicates the following: avatars (100px x 100px) signatures (500px x 150px) images, total size. (posted as links)
